Morning Sessions

9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Crafting Your Practice’s Culture and Vision
Establishing a compelling practice culture, developing a clear and motivating vision statement, and aligning your team with these foundational elements.
Provided Materials: Vision statement development tools, culture-building activities, example case studies.
10:45 AM - 12:15 PM: The Heart of Dental Leadership: Creating a Legacy of Excellence
The role of leadership in shaping practice culture, the impact of different leadership styles on team dynamics, and strategies for becoming a more effective leader.
Provided Materials: Leadership style assessments, leadership development guides, real-life leadership scenarios for discussion.
Lunch Break
12:15 PM - 1:15 PM: Interactive Luncheon: Leadership Insights Panel

Setting personal leadership development goals, embracing continuous improvement, and the importance of self-care for leaders.

5:45 PM: Re-Cap and Reflective Close

Important Workshop Information
1. Class Size: Limited to 30 participants for personalized learning. (Minimum 10 required for diverse interaction).
2. Once your registration has been accepted, you will receive further instructions for the workshop/seminar.
3. There will be an online assessment provided per participant. Please complete one week prior to your arrival at the event center.
Workshop Fees
Fee: $2,995 (includes two staff members, typically team leads or office management).
Additional members: $795 each.
